• Where is my data being processed?

  Our system operates on highly secure, stable, and scalable servers hosted within the European Union, specifically at Microsoft Azure in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. It's crucial to note that, at times, data may be securely transmitted to external services in the United States.

• Will my data be used to improve the models?

  Rest assured, your data will never be shared or passed on to other clients for model improvement. Compliant with GDPR regulations, we adhere to a strict data retention policy, deleting your data after a maximum of 30 days.

• Is Parble GDPR compliant?

  Absolutely. Acting as Data Processors under Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), we adhere to a stringent data retention policy outlined in our Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Your data privacy is a top priority.

• Is my data permanently kept or archived?

  We ensure no permanent storage of information. All data is promptly and securely deleted after a maximum of 30 days.
