  Use a Dedicated inbox if you are dealing with a batch of documents that are uniform in structure and require the extraction of the same set of data fields with no need for classification.​

• What are Bundled Inboxes?

  Bundled inboxes are ideal for managing multiple documents within a single file, where the fields of interest vary based on the document type. This allows for a more flexible processing solution, accommodating files that contain diverse document types such as contracts, purchase orders and delivery notes.​

  Use a Bundled inbox if you have a single file that contains multiple documents, they will get split, classified and each will capture the required different set of fields.
