What does Parble consider a File?
A technical container for data storage, accommodating various types such as .pdf, .jpg, .png, .eml, .msg, .docx, and more. Consider a file as a comprehensive unit, capable of holding multiple sequentially scanned invoices.
What does Parble consider a Document?
A logical representation of human-understandable information, encompassing types like invoices, receipts, ID cards, and more. An API file upload may contain one or more of these comprehensible documents.
Is there a cost per page?
Parble doesn't charge per page; the billing is based on documents. A document, in this context, may comprise a single page or multiple pages.
Our service operates under a fair usage policy, each document within a file is assumed to be at most 5 pages. This ensures flexibility while maintaining equitable and efficient usage of our document processing capabilities. Beyond 5 pages, additional charges apply for each subsequent set of 5 pages within the same document.
For example, a file containing 3 documents, each with 3 pages, will be considered as 3 documents of 3 pages each. However, for a file containing 3 documents, each with 7 pages, we will charge for 6 (3 times 2) documents since each of the three documents is more than 5 and less than 10 pages.
What if I need another field or document type?
Parble seamlessly accommodates your evolving requirements. Add a new field to your existing inbox through simple editing or create a new inbox for a distinct use case covering a different document type.
What is the standard SLA (Service Level Agreement)?
Parble commits to services being available 99.5% of the time monthly, excluding scheduled downtime or force majeure events. Historical uptime exceeds 99.9%. Throughput capabilities include synchronous processing (up to 30 files per second) and asynchronous processing (up to 1200 files per second). The success rate for responses with a 2xx status code is 97%, and the error rate for internal server errors (5xx) is kept at 1%.
I run out of credits, what's next?
Happy with the results using your credits? You can keep using Parble Professional just by adding a payment method.
