Bundled inboxes
Once you have one or more Dedicated inboxes set up, you can create a Bundled inbox to process different types of documents in one place. This feature allows you to upload files with multiple documents inside them, and our AI will split and classify them for you.
A Bundled inbox is ideal for managing multiple document types within a single inbox. It enables you to process various documents in one place, with the fields of interest varying based on the document type.
After clicking on the 'Create Bundled inbox' button, you can give this new inbox a name and select among the different Dedicated inboxes you have already configured. Each Dedicated inbox represents a document type and the fields that will be extracted when classified as such. The list of Dedicated inboxes you select can be modified later.
Lastly, when uploading files to a Bundled inbox you will notice how the AI automatically splits and classifies the documents found inside a file based on the document type. The fields of interest will be extracted according to the configuration of the selected Dedicated inbox.
Congratulations! You have successfully created a Bundled inbox with Parble. This feature allows you to process multiple document types in one place, streamlining your document management workflow. To upload files and see the results, you can access your Bundled inbox from the Dashboard.
